We have coin-operated washers and dryers, a shower house, and plenty of room for parking any of your vehicles and toys. The entire grounds has newly installed high-speed fiber internet, and each cabin comes with coffee makers, linens/bedding, towels, air conditioning and heating, picnic tables, and firepits.

Our space is located on 18 acres with Horse Creek meandering through the entire property. Completely surrounded by Black Hills Forest Service land, we are large enough to accommodate family reunions and weddings.

Payment Schedule:

Half the reservation fee is due at the time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. All paid prepayments are non-refundable. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to arrival, reservation will be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations:

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we can relist your cabin/RV and in the event that it gets booked, we can provide a refund, less credit card processing fees.

Tenting/Camping:

Reach out directly for tenting rates and availability.

​

Pets:

We allow pets for a daily fee (cabins only), and all pets must be discussed with management prior to your stay.
